1. Overview
Elysine is committed to a transparent and straightforward purchasing experience. This policy outlines the purchase options available to you, as well as your rights and our procedures regarding order cancellations.
2. Available Purchase Options
2.1 One-Time Purchase
Our standard purchase option allows you to buy your Elysine ring as a single, one-time transaction. Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout.
2.2 Installment Payments
Where available, Elysine offers installment payment options through select third-party providers at checkout (such as Shop Pay Installments). By selecting an installment plan, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party provider. Elysine is not responsible for the administration of installment agreements once an order is placed.
2.3 Pre-Orders
From time to time, Elysine may offer products available for pre-order prior to their official release date.
- A charge will be applied at the time of pre-order placement unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships by contacting us at hello@elysine.co.
- Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
2.4 Gift Cards
Elysine gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable toward any product on elysine.co.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift cards do not expire.
3. Order Cancellations
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. To do so:
- Email us immediately at hello@elysine.co with the subject line: "Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name and order number.
- Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible based on the order's fulfillment status.
- If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return once the item is delivered.
3.2 Cancellation by Elysine
Elysine reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Circumstances that may result in cancellation include but are not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations.
- Errors in product pricing or description.
- Product unavailability or stock discrepancies.
- Inability to verify payment or billing information.
In the event that Elysine cancels your order, you will be notified promptly via email and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
5. Modifications to Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changes to size, color, or shipping address) may be possible if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@elysine.co with your order number and the requested change. We cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
All approved cancellation refunds will be:
- Returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
- Confirmed via email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
