RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
At Elysine, every product is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We stand behind what we make. If your experience doesn't reflect that, we're here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, as it outlines your rights and our process in full.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- The item is in its original, unworn condition — free from scratches, damage, or signs of use.
- All original packaging is included, including the box, protective inserts, charging accessories, and any documentation.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or engraved products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at kian@elysine.co with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable carrier.
- Share your tracking number with us once the item has been shipped.
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
If your refund is rejected due to the item's condition or missing components, we will contact you with details and return the item to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received the wrong item or your ring arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
At this time, we do not offer size or style exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your Elysine ring arrives damaged or stops functioning under normal use within the warranty period, please reach out to us immediately. We take product quality seriously and will work swiftly to resolve the issue through a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Elysine is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
9. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, the same return eligibility criteria apply. However, please note:
- International return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.
- Please mark your return package as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to avoid additional duties.
