At Elysine, we take the same care in delivering your order as we do in crafting our products. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when your Elysine ring will arrive at your door.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed withinΒ 1β2 business daysΒ of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

- Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
4. International Shipping
Elysine ships to select countries worldwide. International shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery:Β 7β21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- International orders may be subject toΒ customs duties, import taxes, and feesΒ imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Elysine is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments, and DHL for international orders. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website or via the tracking link provided in your email.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us atΒ hello@elysine.co.
7. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Elysine is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately atΒ hello@elysine.co. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Elysine is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management.
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us withinΒ 48 hoursΒ of delivery atΒ hello@elysine.coΒ with:

- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
10. Signature Requirements
Due to the premium nature of our products, orders above a certain value may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.
